Little Error in stacking.c

Change src/stacking.c in line 195:

"!= RAISE_RISCOS" to
"== RAISE_UNIX"

to restore the right raise behaviour of OroboROX. I consider this to small to be a patch now, I hope it'll be corrected in the next version.
