This is a Zero Install feed. This software cannot be run as an application directly. It is a library for other programs to use.

This dependency exists to satisfy 0install-packaged rubygems that use `require 'rubygems'`. Generally, the `rubygems-fake.xml` implementation will be selected (but you should never depend on it directly). It does not actually do anything, it is assumed the correct version of dependencies will be selected and added to RUBYLIB by the 0install injector. If you _do_ require the real rubygems API rather than a fake, you should depend on the "run" command - the fake implementation does not provide this command.
